Elevation: Blend of various coffees between 4600- 5200 ft
Notes: Designed with a nod to the past and an eye to the future. Chocolaty, syrupy with plum, raisin and tangerine fruit acidity.
Method: Espresso (1:1.75 between 28-30 seconds extraction), Drip (1:15) and Cold Brew.

The Ace is a nod to the past with an eye to the future; a blend with a foundation built on what has always worked while recognizing that the sky’s the limit. Excellent as an espresso and perfect for a daily drip, you’ll find notes of dark chocolate with a honey-like body and a long finish. Dancing on top of your tongue as you sip, you’ll notice a mild appearance of plums and raisins with a touch of tangerine. This is the Eastlick Coffee Company standard-bearer that lives up to its name. It’s an approachable blend that comforts while you sip, but intriguing enough to make you plan on coming back for more.
All coffee is roasted to order every Monday and shipped the following day through USPS priority mail unless otherwise specified. Orders received on Mondays will be processed the following Monday.
