Info:

Our second offering from Mexico this year, we offer you a very different perspective of the possibilities of Mexican coffee. This is a community-grown coffee, meaning each of the 79 farmers operates their own land and brings their own harvest to be mixed with other association members. Lots are separated for quality, and personal pride plays a big role in the farmers getting the very best they can out of the land.

Additionally, this bean is a single variety: the world-famous Typica. In a time when many countries and agronomists are fighting leaf rust by cross-breeding for resistance purposes, other, more remote farming communities are improving their practices instead of changing their trees. The result is a thoroughly delicious cup of coffee– sweet and bright with a clean finish, even though the body is big with a huge chocolate factor.

We recommend this coffee as a cold brew, espresso, or hot drip.

All coffee is roasted to order every Monday and shipped the following day through USPS priority mail unless otherwise specified.
